Daily Nugget #85
compost your fear!!
woohoo!
who’d-a-thought?!
last week
i participated in a sacred chambers
experience.
whoa.
here’s the link if you are curious:
http://www.onenessjacksonhole.com/sacred-chambers.html
when i was in one of the chambers
and
contemplating.
asking
about the unfolding of my life
i heard,
‘girl, your life needs some compost!’
a light bulb appeared over my head.
as a gardener
i understood!
hey, if i want my dreams to grow
compost is a necessary ingredient
right?
awesome.
but what the heck does that really mean.
how am i supposed to compost my life?!
ah
answers come to those who ask.
a few days later
when i was doing my
68 seconds of pure positive thought practice
(abraham-hicks goodness
i talk about it in the bonus callĀ
that is floating around…)
some negative thoughts tried to sabotage
my positive experience.
there i was
thinking about flying to my tropical destination
smiling
and
so happy
when our plane started to dive bomb
towards the ocean!
i quickly recovered.
pshew.
then i’m sitting on the beach
and
a HUGE wave comes in and takes me out!
and of course there are hungry sharks in the water.
wtf.
what happened to my 68 seconds of pure positive thought?!
i certainly don’t want to manifest tragedy!!
(tho we do it all the time without knowing it!)
this is when the 2nd lightbulb appeared above my head.
ah,
i can compost the fear.
I CAN COMPOST THE FEAR!!!!
people turn shit to soil all the time
right?!
and
this works just the same.
i’m gonna turn my fears into compost.
many of us
who are ‘working on our stuff ‘
try to push the fear away
or
destroy it
or
oh, there are a zillion techniques
however
this one feels so good.
since energy cannot be destroyed
we can transform it
transmute it
change it!
this is in alignment with the laws of the universe.
we can shift the energy.
yay!
double yay!!
putting it in to practice:
notice your thoughts.
notice if
when creating your life masterpiece
you self sabotage
with negative thoughts.
notice how you back out of things
or
decide you can’t do something.
or generally constrict your energy
in one way or the other
due to fear.
ha!
just notice it
grab it
and
toss it in to the compost pile around your feet
so that it can instead nourish
and
grow YOU and your life
just like nature does.
i’m so excited to compost my life
and
see what beautiful flowers emerge.
report back.
i would love to hear about your composting experiences.
doesn’t it feel good to be empowered?
to feel like you have a technique
and
a tool to take action with?!!
woohoo!
have a joy filled day
full of laughter
love
and
composting…..
xoox
